Cross Platform

• Transmission –  a torrent client
• Google Chrome – my browser of choice
• VirtualBox – Virtual machine I use to run Windows 7
• Last.FM – for recommendations of good music

Linux

Currently I don’t use any applications that only run on Linux.

Mac OS X

• Adium – IM client to connect to almost any IM network
• Cyberduck FTP – Pretty ftp client
• TunesArt – Get covers and lyrics
• Max – Convert/Transcode between different encodings of sound files
• Colloquy – IRC client
• GMail Notifier – To notify me of new mail
• Growl – for pretty notifications
• Perian – Codecs for watching movies
• Burn – For burning CD’s and DVD’s
